this morning until this second
my stomach kept shouting and shouting
beh tahan!!
"TRUT..TRUT..." ( morning )
"BLURR..BLURR.." ( afternoon )
"BROOM BROOM" ( night )
3 different types of sound came out @@

i ate almost full meals today
and of course with those nutrients needed
breakfast - meehon goreng / nasi lemak / currypuff
lunch - steam chicken cheesy rice with lemon coke
but why the disease still appear
it more painful and serious than normal pain

walking style like a uncle
felt cold during the day
the feeling of painful..
oh my gosh!!!
wat i can say is...
PADAM MUKA!!!

if tomolo my condition still the same
i might going to visit doctor d @@
i hate clinic / hospital!!

temporary hav to stop myself to eat
spicy and oily foods
if not my condition will become worst

without me it will not closed
